Valley View Church Makes Large Donation

On Sunday January 7th Chief Alves and members of the Lincoln Police and Fire Departments were invited to Valley View Church of Lincoln Hills where they were presented with a $25,000 donation to the Lincoln Public Safety Foundation. This incredible donation will help provide the funding needed to purchase a forcible entry training unit for our Lincoln Police Officers and our Lincoln Fire Fighters.

While the city of Lincoln does provide a budget for essential items for our Police and Fire departments, The Lincoln Public Safety Foundation helps bridge the gap by raising funds that will cover the cost of the latest equipment, technology, and training needed to help our first responders excel in their roles.
